1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Confirm & Chase for Confluence (“the app”). By installing the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.
Your purchase, billing and refunds are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use. Those terms take precedence over anything here that conflicts with them.
2. Licence
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on the Atlassian cloud sites covered by your subscription, for as long as that subscription is active.
3. What the app does not promise
The app records that a person clicked a confirmation button on a page at a given time. It does not verify that the person read the page, understood it, or agreed to it.
This matters if you intend to rely on these records as evidence. The app produces an audit trail of clicks with timestamps. Whether that satisfies a particular auditor, regulator, standard or court is a question about your compliance programme, not about this app, and we make no representation about it.
4. Availability
The app runs inside Atlassian's Forge platform. Its availability depends on Atlassian's platform, over which we have no control, and we do not offer a service level agreement.
5. Your data
The app stores data inside your Atlassian site. We do not have access to it. See the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the personal data you process using the app, including the confirmations it records.
6. Support
Support is provided by email on business days, and we aim to reply within two business days. See the Support page for what to include in a request.
7. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app, in which case it will be marked as such on the Marketplace and you will not be charged beyond your current billing period.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the version published on the Marketplace listing and the date at the top of this page.
