Page Approval & Document Sign-off for Confluence · Last updated 21 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Page Approval & Document Sign-off for Confluence (“the app”). By installing the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.
Your purchase, billing and refunds are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use. Those terms take precedence over anything here that conflicts with them.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on the Atlassian cloud sites covered by your subscription, for as long as that subscription is active.
The app records approval decisions on Confluence pages, binds each one to a page version by a content hash, shows when a page has changed since it was approved, checks the integrity of the record, and exports it.
The app does not lock pages and does not make your process compliant with any standard or regulation. It is not a regulated electronic signature. Among the things that remain yours:
The approved content is the page title and body (Confluence storage format) at the decided version. Attachments, comments and labels are not part of it, and the app says so where decisions are shown.
The app runs inside Atlassian's Forge platform. Its availability depends on Atlassian's platform, over which we have no control. We do not offer a service level agreement.
The app stores data inside your Atlassian site. We do not have access to it. See the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the personal data you process using the app, including the names, account identifiers and comments in its records.
Support is provided by email. Response times are set out in our support policy; see the Support page for what to include in a request.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Export your records first: reinstalling does not restore data from a previous installation automatically. Atlassian keeps it for 28 days, and within 21 days of uninstalling we can, with your consent, ask Atlassian to re-link it — see the Privacy Policy. We may discontinue the app, in which case it will be marked as such on the Marketplace and you will not be charged beyond your current billing period.
